All sales at EST LUX are FINAL SALE.

Due to the limited nature of our collections, including small production runs, made-to-order pieces, and exclusive drops, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to carefully review:

    •    Size guides
    •    Fabric details

prior to completing their purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event that:
    •    An incorrect item was received, or
    •    An item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos and order details.

Issues caused by normal wear, improper handling, or shipping carrier delays do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
